Proven Winners® Store-Within-A-Store Past Projects
Proven Winners® believes with proper merchandising, our plants and products can be a business building opportunity for retail garden centers. Over the years, we have developed countless merchandising pieces specifically to help independent garden centers create eye-catching displays.
Proven Winners® partnered with Judy Sharpton of Growing Places Marketing to initiate a store development program designed for independent grower/retailers to maximize customer merchandise contact. The goal of the Proven Winners® Store-Within-A-Store Project was to increase sales of Proven Winners® products as well as other products throughout the store.
In a one-day on-site meeting with nine grower/retailers, Judy Sharpton and the owners and staff of each store accomplished two objectives: they identified the location for a Proven Winners® Store-Within-A-Store and environmental issues throughout the store that served as barriers to sales.
Before & After
The results of the Proven Winners® Store-Within-A-Store Project were quite dramatic with stunning store transformations as well as 8 out of 9 participants having increases in sales of Proven Winners® products.
